Payment

Once a piece is confirmed as available, payment is arranged directly usually Interac e-Transfer for buyers in Canada. Payment is taken before a piece ships or is handed over, and a piece is held for you while that is arranged.

Local handoff in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Local buyers can collect in person at no cost. Handoffs happen at an agreed public place, and you are welcome to inspect the piece before paying.

Shipping across Canada

Pieces ship anywhere in Canada with tracking. The exact cost depends on size and destination and is quoted before you pay, with no handling fee on top.

• Pieces are packed and sent within two business days of payment clearing
• Delivery typically takes two to nine business days depending on province
• A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is dropped off
• Please contact us for shipping outside Canada

Returns

All sales are final. Every piece is one of one, so listings include condition notes, measurements on request and as many photos as you want before you commit. Please ask anything you need beforehand questions are genuinely welcome.

If something is wrong

Final sale does not mean no recourse. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, or is materially different from its description and photos, message within 48 hours of delivery with photos and it will be sorted out. Parcels lost in transit are traced through the carrier.

Quality Control
